We are a team of highly experienced cannabis business professionals seeking a cannabis Cultivation Manager in Alabama to join our team. This is an opportunity to establish yourself in the medical cannabis industry in Alabama.
Responsibilites:
- The Cannabis Cultivation Manager is primarily responsible for complete oversight of all cultivation facilities including correct propagation, vegetation, and distribution of all cannabinoid based medicines.
- The Cannabis Cultivation Manager possesses oversight of all Cultivation Associates and Managers ensuring that the facility is safe and compliant with OSHA and state regulations.
- Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to.
- The Cannabis Cultivation Manager also provides oversight for all new research and development regarding medical cannabis cultivation.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in horticulture or related field preferred
- Experience in a general gardening production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption
- Knowledge of medical cannabis law, medicinal benefits preferred, and horticulture skills preferred
- Pass a federal background check;
- Past experience in high-value asset logistics;
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task. We would like you to look professional and be knowledgeable about security operations. We are willing to train you if you don’t have experience so don’t let that stop you from applying if interested
